One of the biggest challenges couples face is moving guests from one moment to the next without disruption. Our property solves that by design.

Ceremonies can take place in the Meadows with views of the Three Sisters Mountains, in the Secret Garden framed by antique blue doors, or indoors in either the Hudson Barn or White Willow Barn when weather calls for it. From there, guests transition to cocktail hour on the Garden Terrace or patio, then into dinner and dancing across two connected barns.

Because the White Willow Barn and Hudson Barn are connected by a covered walkway, guests never feel shuffled or stuck waiting. The day progresses naturally, and everyone stays engaged.

A Venue That is Already Built for Comfort

Destination style weddings only work when guests are comfortable. We have invested in practical details that matter throughout the day.

The White Willow Barn and Grace Barn include air conditioning and heat. Commercial heaters and fans are available for patios and barn spaces when needed. Restrooms are designed in an Adirondack style, and accessible walkways and bathrooms ensure all guests can move around comfortably.

These details may not show up in photos, but they make a real difference when you are hosting people you love.

Key Furnishings are Already Included

Many barn venues require couples to bring in nearly everything. At The Promise Gardens, essential furnishings are already part of the experience.

Your reception includes hand crafted farm tables, mahogany Chiavari chairs, and matching benches. Ceremony seating features natural wood folding chairs with white padded seats, along with a custom wooden arbor facing the mountains. Cocktail hour includes high top tables placed throughout the gardens and terraces.

Because these pieces are already here and suited to the property, couples spend less time coordinating rentals and more time focusing on personal details.

Dedicated Spaces for Preparation and Gathering

The Grace Barn provides a dedicated prep space before the ceremony, complete with antique mirrors and beauty stations. It allows couples and their wedding party to settle in, take photos, and prepare without feeling rushed or hidden away.

Later in the evening, guests often gather around the fire pit, surrounded by Adirondack chairs. When approved by the local fire department, it becomes a natural place for conversation and connection after dinner.

Expectations are Set Early and Clearly

We host weddings Friday through Sunday from May through October, with micro style weddings offered on select weekdays for fifty to one hundred guests. Our maximum seated reception capacity is 150 guests.

A month out planner and day of coordinator are required and must be selected from our preferred vendor list. All food and beverage service must also come from approved caterers, and outside alcohol is not permitted. These guidelines help ensure consistency and smooth execution on wedding days.

We are an event only property and do not offer overnight lodging, but parking is available for up to thirty cars, with shuttle transportation required for larger guest counts due to local road conditions.
