The White Willow Barn, new for our 2024 season, is our dinner barn. Climate controlled, light filled, and spacious, it opens onto a patio that is ideal for cocktail hour. Guests step outside with their drinks, take in the garden views, and ease naturally into the evening.

The Garden Terrace connects the White Willow Barn to the Hudson Barn with a covered walkway strung with bistro lights and finished with stamped concrete underfoot. It is a transition that feels intentional rather than logistical. Once guests reach the Hudson Barn, they find our historic reception and dancing space, complete with an impressive crystal chandelier, a 20-foot bar, and lounge seating throughout.

A Full Wedding Weekend, Not Just a Wedding Day

Because we are close to Lake George, your wedding does not have to be a single-day event. Guests can stay at the hundreds of hotels, resorts, cottages, and bed and breakfasts just a short drive away, and fill their weekend with boating, hiking, winery tours, spa days, museum visits, and some of the best restaurants in Upstate New York.

Our venue experience manager Rachel, whose background includes over 1,200 weddings and years at the Wynn and Encore in Las Vegas, is available to help coordinate weekend activities for you and your guests. A Friday welcome dinner, a Saturday ceremony and reception here at The Promise Gardens, and a Sunday brunch on the lake.
